By downloading, installing, or using the okiro mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
okiro is a gamified personal development application that transforms daily activities into quests, allowing users to track progress across six stat categories: Health, Wealth, Strength, Skills, Intelligence, and Charisma. The App provides features including quest management, progress tracking, achievement systems, and ranking progression.
You must be at least 13 years old to use okiro. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service and payment policies.
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

You may create custom quests within the App. By creating quests, you grant okiro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your quest content for the purpose of operating the App.

okiro and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"okiro," the okiro logo, and other marks are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
While you retain ownership of quest content you create, you grant us the right to use it as necessary to operate and improve the App.

Water Tracking: The 2000ml daily water intake goal is a general guideline. Individual hydration needs vary based on health, activity level, climate, and other factors. Consult a healthcare professional for personalized hydration recommendations.
Exercise and Physical Activity: Some quests may involve physical activity. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
Mental Health: While the App may include meditation and wellness features, it is not a replacement for professional mental health treatment.
You assume all risks associated with your use of quest features and tracking systems.
